Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all orders placed with Furniture by Piroji, a brand operated by Piroji Furniture Pvt. Ltd. By placing an order on our website, the customer agrees to the terms outlined below.

  1. Cancellation Request Window (Before Dispatch)
  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement, provided the product has not been dispatched from our manufacturing or warehouse facility.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted through official communication channels only.
  • Orders that have entered processing, packaging, or manufacturing stages may not be eligible for cancellation even within 24 hours.
  1. Cancellation After Dispatch
  • Cancellation is strictly not permitted once the order has been dispatched or handed over to the logistics partner.
  • In such cases, the order will be delivered as scheduled and shall be governed by the Return & Refund Policy, subject to eligibility.
  1. Custom-Made & Made-to-Order Products
  • Orders for custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order furniture cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed.
  • These products are manufactured specifically as per customer-provided dimensions, design, finish, or customization requests.
  • Cancellation, return, or refund for such items shall not be permitted, except in cases of manufacturing defect or transit damage, as per the Return Policy.
  1. Bulk & Commercial Orders
  • Bulk, institutional, or commercial orders are subject to separate cancellation terms, which may be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
  • Any advance paid for such orders may be non-refundable, depending on production status.
  1. Refund Processing for Approved Cancellations
  • If a cancellation request is approved before dispatch, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment only.
  • Bank or payment gateway processing timelines may vary and are beyond the company’s control.
  1. Cancellation Charges
  • Furniture by Piroji reserves the right to deduct transaction fees, payment gateway charges, or administrative costs, if applicable, from the refund amount.
  • Any such deductions, if applicable, will be communicated to the customer.
  1. Order Modification vs Cancellation
  • Requests for order modification (such as change in color, size, finish, or delivery address) are treated as cancellation-cum-new-order requests and are subject to approval.
  • Modification requests may not be accepted once the order enters production or dispatch stages.
  1. Failed or Refused Deliveries
  • Orders refused at the time of delivery or returned due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept delivery shall not be eligible for cancellation or full refund.
  • Any logistics or return-to-origin charges may be deducted from the refund, if applicable.
  1. Force Majeure
  • Furniture by Piroji shall not be held liable for delays or inability to cancel orders due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or government restrictions.
  1. Final Authority
  • The decision of Furniture by Piroji regarding cancellation eligibility, refunds, or deductions shall be final and binding.
  1. Policy Amendments
  • Furniture by Piroji reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
  • The policy applicable at the time of order placement shall govern the cancellation request.
