Payment & Security Policy

This Payment Policy (“Policy”) governs all payments made for purchases from Furniture by Piroji, a brand operated by Piroji Furniture Pvt. Ltd. By placing an order on our website, the customer agrees to the payment terms outlined below.

  1. Advance Payment Requirement
  • 100% advance payment is mandatory for all orders placed with Furniture by Piroji.
  • Orders are processed, manufactured, and dispatched only after full payment is successfully received and confirmed.
  • Partial payments, instalments, or pay-later options are not accepted, unless explicitly agreed in writing for bulk or institutional orders.
  1. Accepted Payment Methods

Customers may complete their payment using the following secure payment options:

  • UPI
  • Bank Transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS)
  • Debit Cards & Credit Cards
  • Online Payment Gateways such as Razorpay, PayU, or Cashfree

All online transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways to ensure customer data protection.

  1. Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for any product or order.
  • This policy helps us maintain efficient production schedules and deliver consistent quality.
  1. Payment Confirmation & Order Processing
  • Orders will be considered confirmed only after successful payment confirmation.
  • In case of payment failure, interruption, or delay, the order will not be processed until payment is completed.
  • Furniture by Piroji shall not be responsible for any delays caused due to payment gateway issues or bank processing timelines.
  1. Pricing, Taxes & Invoices
  • All product prices are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
  • A valid tax invoice will be issued for every successful transaction in compliance with GST regulations.
  • Any changes in tax rates as per government notification shall be applicable at the time of invoicing.
  1. Payment Security & Fraud Prevention
  • Furniture by Piroji reserves the right to verify payments to prevent fraud, misuse, or unauthorized transactions.
  • Orders suspected of fraudulent activity may be placed on hold or cancelled, with refunds processed as per policy after verification.
  1. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
  • Any payment disputes or chargebacks raised through banks or payment gateways may result in temporary suspension of order processing.
  • Customers are encouraged to contact our support team directly for faster resolution before initiating chargebacks.
  1. Refunds Related to Payments
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the Return & Refund Policy and credited to the original mode of payment only.
  • Transaction or gateway charges, if applicable, may be deducted as per payment partner norms.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • Furniture by Piroji shall not be liable for indirect losses or delays arising from third-party payment gateway failures or banking issues.
  1. Policy Updates
  • Furniture by Piroji reserves the right to modify or update this Payment Policy at any time without prior notice.
  • The policy applicable at the time of transaction shall govern the payment.
