This Shipping & Delivery Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions governing the shipment and delivery of products purchased from Furniture by Piroji, a brand operated by Piroji Furniture Pvt. Ltd. By placing an order on our website, the customer agrees to the terms mentioned below.
- Order Processing & Dispatch
- All orders are processed and dispatched within 7–15 working days from the date of order confirmation and successful payment, subject to product availability and order volume.
- Customized, made-to-order, or bulk orders may require additional processing time. The revised timeline, if any, will be communicated to the customer in advance.
- Orders are dispatched only on working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Delivery Coverage & Timeline
- We deliver products across India, subject to serviceability of the delivery location by our logistics partners.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer’s location, accessibility of the delivery address, local restrictions, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical delays.
- Furniture by Piroji shall not be held liable for delays caused due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural calamities, strikes, lockdowns, or transportation disruptions.
- Shipping Charges
- Shipping is completely FREE for all orders unless otherwise mentioned at the time of purchase.
- There are no hidden delivery, handling, or logistics charges.
- Any additional charges applicable for special delivery requirements (if requested by the customer) will be communicated beforehand.
- Packaging & Handling
- All products are packed using export-grade packaging standards to ensure safe transit.
- Packaging materials include bubble wrap, foam sheets, protective layers, heavy-duty corrugated boxes, and wooden crates where necessary, depending on product size and fragility.
- Despite best packaging practices, minor transit marks may occur and do not qualify as manufacturing defects.
- Order Tracking & Communication
- Once the order is dispatched, customers will receive shipment and tracking details via SMS and/or Email.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and address details at the time of order placement.
- Furniture by Piroji shall not be responsible for delays or non-delivery arising due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
- Delivery Terms & Customer Responsibility
- Delivery will be made to the ground floor or accessible entrance of the delivery address unless otherwise specified.
- Customers must ensure clear access for delivery vehicles and personnel at the time of delivery.
- Any additional costs incurred due to failed delivery attempts, address changes, or re-delivery requests may be chargeable.
- Assembly & Installation
- On-site assembly services are not provided by Furniture by Piroji.
- Assembly support will be provided through phone or video call guidance, where required.
- Customers may engage a local carpenter or technician at their own cost for assembly.
- Furniture by Piroji shall not be responsible for any damage caused during assembly by third-party carpenters or technicians.
- Inspection at Delivery
- Customers are advised to inspect the packaging and product at the time of delivery.
- Any visible transit damage should be reported to our support team within 24 hours of delivery along with photographs for verification.
- Claims raised beyond the stipulated time may not be eligible for resolution.
- Limitation of Liability
- Furniture by Piroji’s liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the product purchased.
- The company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delivery delays or handling issues.
- Policy Updates
- Furniture by Piroji reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time without prior notice.
- Any changes will be effective immediately upon being published on the website.
