Product Policy

The product that you see in the image is a reference product, and the delivered product can look different from it due to some factors like lights, polishing, texture of wood, etc.

We use solid wood to make the primary composition of our product, but in some of our products, due to their design and functionality, we may use secondary materials like MDF, metal, or plywood for some specific components like back panels or drawers.

The products of Furniture by Piroji are offered in a fixed set of finishes. So you are advised to discuss the finish you need with our customer support team once to get the best quality product.

Kindly note this point: where the solid wood products are concerned, some minor grain variations may be present. There may be some minor deviations in the finish between the actual product and the 3D designs that are shown on our website.

You are requested to be informed that in our beds we designed the frames with MDF for mattress support. Although we make every effort to resolve customer concerns, some issues related to fungus—especially during the monsoon season—result from environmental conditions and are not product defects. To minimize such risks, we recommend keeping the bed in a dry, well-ventilated area.

Services

We (Furniture By Piroji) operate this website as an online platform for the sale of products and merchandise. Users may purchase home furnishing products by placing an order through the website. Once the company confirms an order, it will arrange for shipment, and the user is responsible for completing the payment.

Prices for Products are displayed on the website at the time of purchase and are subject to change without prior notice. Applicable taxes and charges will be shown before order confirmation.

In case of any pricing or typographical error, the Company reserves the right to correct the error and either confirm the order at the revised price or cancel the order and initiate a refund, if payment has already been made.

Furniture By Piroji has the right to change the discounts offered at any time during the sale and without prior notice

If there are some decimal values appear after applying the discount coupons then we will round off the price to avoid conflicts due to decimal values in internal calculations.

Shipping & Delivery

Products will be shipped to the address provided by the user during checkout, subject to serviceability. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics, location, or unforeseen circumstances.

Risk and ownership of the Product pass to the user upon successful delivery. Any damage occurring after delivery due to mishandling or improper use will be the responsibility of the user, except as covered under applicable warranty or return policies.

Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by the specific policy mentioned on the respective product page or the company’s returns & Warranty policy. Currently we do not give any warranty or guarantee at any of our products for any kind of damage and defects.
