• All deliveries by Furniture by Piroji are doorstep deliveries only.
• Installation, lifting, or placement beyond the delivery point is not included unless specifically agreed in writing.

2. On-Site Assembly Services

• Furniture by Piroji does not provide on-site assembly or installation services.
• Customers are responsible for arranging assembly at their location after delivery.

3. Remote Assembly Support

To assist customers, Furniture by Piroji provides remote technical guidance for assembly, where required. This support may include:

• Guidance via phone call
• Assistance through WhatsApp or video call
• Step-by-step instructions, diagrams, or reference material (where applicable)

This support is intended to help customers or their carpenters understand the correct assembly process.

4. Use of Third-Party Carpenters

• Customers may choose to engage a local carpenter or technician at their own discretion and cost.
• Furniture by Piroji does not have any association or liability with third-party carpenters.

5. Assembly-Related Damage Disclaimer

• Furniture by Piroji shall not be responsible for any damage caused during or after assembly carried out by the customer or any third-party carpenter.
• Damages arising from incorrect assembly, over-tightening, drilling, modification, or mishandling are not covered under warranty, return, or refund policies.

6. Pre-Assembly Responsibility

• Customers are advised to inspect the product thoroughly before assembly.
• Any damage or defect must be reported prior to assembly as per the Return & Refund Policy.
• Assembly of the product shall be deemed as acceptance of the product in good condition.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Furniture by Piroji’s responsibility is limited to providing accurate assembly guidance.
• The company shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss resulting from improper assembly or installation.

8. Policy Updates

• Furniture by Piroji reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
• The policy applicable at the time of purchase shall govern assembly-related matters.
