This product comes with a 36-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and workmanship issues under normal household conditions.

Exclusions:

Normal wear and tear from regular use
Minor scratches, cuts, or damages due to mishandling or cleaning methods
Damages from incorrect installation or exposure to water, sunlight, or chemicals
Seasonal wood expansion or contraction (a natural property of solid wood)
Natural variations in wood grain, knots, or texture
Upholstery fabric and color fading due to sunlight exposure
Unevenness up to 5mm due to floor or surface variations

Delivery & Installation

Delivery Information

Our support and logistics teams ensure a hassle-free delivery experience.

Free Delivery: Applicable only for the first delivery attempt. If missed, additional charges apply for the second attempt.
Floor Delivery: In the absence of a service lift, delivery is made to the ground floor. Extra charges apply for higher floors.
Scheduled Delivery: Weekend or time-specific deliveries may incur additional charges.
Holding Period: Products will be held for up to 10 days at the nearest delivery hub. Beyond this, the company reserves the right to cancel or modify the order.

Our team will assess the issue promptly and arrange repair, replacement, or other corrective measures as appropriate.

Missing assembly parts should be reported to our Customer Support team for quick resolution — an unboxing video will be required.
